How do you source your tea?
Jesse travels directly to tea farms across China to source high-quality, authentic loose leaf tea. We prioritize small-batch farmers who use traditional processing methods.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return tea if I don't like it?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if your teaware arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our tea and teaware to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How should I store my loose leaf tea?
To maintain freshness, store your tea in a cool, dark place away from strong odors, moisture, and direct sunlight. Keep the tea in an airtight container or the resealable pouch it arrived in.
Is your teaware lead-free and safe to use?
Absolutely. All of our Gongfu teaware, including our Yixing zisha teapots and porcelain gaiwans, are tested for safety and crafted from high-quality, authentic materials.
